To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamir Eilon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. In any case, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
